Making health and fitness a lifestyle choice has always been something that Dan has done, and when he became a personal trainer he felt he had finally found his passion and true calling. He focuses on helping people lose weight, increase their athletic performance, and find their inner warrior.

Growing up playing sports, Paul has been surrounded by fitness his entire life. When he became a personal trainer, he realized that grueling intense workouts weren't for everyone, and that the majority of Americans just want to feel better but struggle to make the change. He focuses on helping people lose weight, increase mobility and stability, and prevent injury.
Struggling with body image issues her whole life, Jordyn realized how passionate she was about health and fitness when she saw the amazing transformations your body can make when you take care of it. After having her daughter, she truly found the beauty and strength of her own body and strives to help other moms feel that same way. She focuses on bodyweight movements and helping women exercise before, during, and after pregnancy.
Having spent most of her adult life dedicated to living an active and fitness-oriented lifestyle, Morgan loves the physical and emotional benefits you get from a great workout. As a special education teacher and trainer, she knows the value of taking time to improve yourself so that you can be better for those around you, both in your personal and professional life. She specifically focuses on and enjoys kettlebell training.
Hey guys, I’m Kayla! I got into fitness after high school when I decided I wanted to stay active since I played sports all throughout high school. I worked out at a big box gym for awhile but, one day I decided to try out Rise Above and what kept me coming back is the education I received from my coaches. It basically made me embrace working out properly, and with it comes a healthier lifestyle. Coaching at Rise Above gives me the opportunity to give back to my community and educate people like me about fitness. A couple more facts about me... I love playing rugby. I love the intensity of the game and the sounds my opponents make when I tackle them to the ground! I also love the outdoors/nature, I like to hike around and go biking.
Has always had an interest and passion for an active healthy lifestyle. She started out as a swimmer. Once finding RiseAbove her interest in fitness grew tremendously. She loves seeing the benefits fitness has brought to her life. Loves even more taking that knowledge to teach others how beneficial fitness is to their present and future selves.
