Our 12 Week Unconventional Program is designed to get you stronger, more conditioned, and looking better naked in LESS time than conventional programs. The use of unconventional tools will challenge you in a new/different way than the norm.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Semi Private Sessions

Get 3 small group semi private sessions EVERY WEEK

Macro Breakdown

Receive a full macro breakdown of proteins, fats, and carbs to set you up for nutritional success on your journey.

Perfomance Testing

Every 4 weeks we test your performance through a max lift test, a max % output test, and a conditioning test. Improving performance is as important as your body composition.

Body Scans

Get a body scan before every 4 weeks to asses your weight, body fat, skeletal muscle mass, water weight, and so much more!

Top Notch Education

Our coaches are continuously learning and passing that knowledge onto our members. Our classes and programming consistently change to incorporate new methods and principles.

Semi Private Training

Monday - Thursday: 5:00am, 8:00am, 9:15am, 4:30pm, 5:45pm, 7:00pm

Friday: 5:00am, 8:00am, 9:15am

Saturday: 8:00am, 9:30am
